You can check your balance and make check or credit card payments by accessing your online account by logging at www.domain.com.

Payments can be mailed to 300 SE 2nd Street, Suite 600, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

You can go to any Truist branch and drop your payment off, please make sure to have your community account number to give to the teller.

There are two ways to request a refund
  1. Login to your account and submit a request through the online portal
  2. Send us an email at AR@kyberfinancial.com please make sure to include your name, the address you want the check sent to, your community’s name, and your account number

If you paid by check, please send a copy of the front and back of the cashed check to AR@kyberfinancial.com, we will work quickly with the bank to locate and correct your account.
If you paid using an e-check or credit card, please send a copy of your payment confirmation to AR@kyberfinancial.com

Owners you can request your return two ways:

Renters send us an email at AR@kyberfinancial.com please make sure to include your name, the address you want the check sent to, the name of the community your rental was located at and the address of your rental.
